GEM UK offer the semi automatic Easywrap with little or no set-up time making it ideal for small to medium sized runs. The Speedbag A modular horizontal system is ideal for medium size runs and the high capacity Speedbag HS for production mailing.

GEM EasyWrap
The GEM EasyWrap polywrap mailing machine is a low cost inserter for plastic envelopes with a wide variety of uses including catalogues, books and newspapers.

The GEM EasyWrap is simple and easy to use with minimal set up time required and has a running cost of less than 1 pence per item.

It is available with an optional output conveyor.

SPEED-BAG A

The SPEED-BAG A is a horizontal feed automatic polywrap system suitable for a wide variety of uses including catalogues books and newspapers.

Options include infeed conveyor, sheet feeders and booklet feeders.

SPEED-BAG HS

The SPEED-BAG HS polywrap mailing systems suitable for a wide variety of uses, including catalogues, books, newspapers and DVD's and is capable of wrapping upto 4000 items per hour.

Options include sheet feeders, booklet feeders, CD/DVD feeders and shrink tunnel.
